If one is locked out of the hosting panel, still an admin password reset can be initiated from the command line. Log in the VPS via SSH and use the following command:

[[email protected]]$ adminPass newpassword

Replace newpassword with your new password. We recommend generating a strong one. Here is an example password generator.
